The land plot, with an approximate size of ​​47,000 sq. metres, is located on a coast of the Aegean Sea of Halkidiki Peninsula in Greece, near the Holy Mount Athos, the birthplace of ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, after whose name is the bay named. The plot enjoys the view on the Strymonic Gulf and further up Pangaion Mount.
The plot has a flat terrain and very long coastline. Both sides of the plot are embraced by forest rivers. The territory of the plot itself is surrounded by pine virgin forest.
According to the current Greek legislation, possession of the land plot permits construction of a hotel belonging to the category of rural tourism (a variant of ecotourism). The plot includes a full package of legal documents which are necessary for obtaining license for the construction of the hotel. The price of the land is negotiable.
